Dentdale cradles the beautiful river Dee as it skips
through a series of small waterfalls along the floor of the
valley. Perhaps one of the most remote Dales, it is
dotted with unexpected treasures, including the village of
Dent itself. Cobbled streets run between colour-washed stone
cottages with low pitched roofs and black edged windows.
Another unexpected treasure is the Dent Crafts Center at
Helmside, between Sedbergh and Dent. |
